9 GUEST OBLIGATIONS
Guests to our site must comply with the relevant provisions of Greek, European and international Law and relevant legislations applicable to telecommunications. In addition, the person concerned shall be required to refrain from any illegal and abusive use of the content of the Internet. The Guest assumes responsibility for any damage(s) caused to the Website by the guest due to their improper actions. In the event of any action, claim, administrative or judicial against the company regarding the Website, due to infringement in whatever manner, the latter undertakes, on the one hand, to intervene in the judicial process and on the other hand to compensate the Company in the eventuality it is required to pay compensation or whatsoever other.
10 APPLICABLE LAW AND OTHER TERMS
The end user agreement hereby is governed by the provisions of Greek and International Law, and Directives and Regulations of European Law. It shall be interpreted in accordance with the rules of good faith and fair-trade practices. In the event any provision is found to be contrary to the law and therefore void or voidable, validity is nulled and power and validity of other terms and conditions remains unaffected in any way whatsoever. Competent courts for any disputes arising consequence of the T&C hereby are the Courts of Thessaloniki.
