We collect your personal information directly from you. You provide us with your personal data when you complete the registration/contact forms available on our website (contact form, request for inclusion in the newsletter, submission of curricula vitae).

Retention time of personal data,
Retention time of your personal data shall be as follows:
1. Where you fill out the contact form your personal data shall be retained until 31-12-2024.
2. Where you sign up for our newsletter your personal data will be retained until 31-12-2024. You can of course, inform us at any given time that you do not wish to continue receiving our newsletters via relevant e-mail, whence your data will be deleted.
3. Data retention time to be added per scope of collection as available on the website.
At the end of the period specified by the relevant legal or tax obligation (if available), your personal data will be deleted.


Your rights with regard to processing personal data

In these cases, it will be explained to you why your personal data cannot be deleted and for how long.
You have the right to request the Company ceases to process your personal data, and the Company will immediately cease processing it. If this is not possible, it will be explained why we cannot cease processing your data.
You have the right to request a restriction of processing of your personal data by the Company and the Company will move to the immediate restriction of its process. Where this is not possible, it will be explained to you why we cannot restrict processing the data.
You have the right to request the transfer of your personal data to another institution/agency and the Company will move to the immediate transfer of this data. However, in certain instances, due to the Company’s documented obligations, your request may not be approved.

The Company may amend this Personal Data Protection Policy at its own discretion. Please check the policy version to see when the current Policy was last revised. Each review will be implemented immediately the revised Policy is uploaded on the Website.
Should substantial amendments be made to the current Policy which extend our rights to the use of your personal data we have already collected, you will be notified and provided with the option regarding future use of this data.
